The Grigg Peak is a 2,130 m high mountain in the Admiralty Mountains in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises 11 km west of the north end of the Lyttelton Range .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the mountain in 1970 after the American biologist Gordon C. Grigg, who worked for the United States Antarctic Research Program between 1967 and 1968 at McMurdo Station .
