The fish Reiter wells in Cologne district ruler is under preservation standing wells .
The fountain was created on Theophanoplatz in 1913 based on a design by the sculptor Georg Grasegger . The sandstone fountain was donated by the Rheinisch-Westfälische Bank for property . The fountain depicts a boy riding a fish. There are four water dispensers below the fish. The fountain is on the south side of Theophanoplatz.
