Fisting
Faust traffic ( engl. Fisting , by fist "Faust") or Fisten or Fausten is a sexual practice , in which more fingers to one or more hands in the vagina ( brachiovaginal ) or the anus ( brachioproktisch be introduced).
variants
Vaginal fist intercourse
Usually only a few fingers can be inserted during the first attempts at fisting. Since the muscular vaginal tube, as a natural birth canal, is by nature very flexible, this type of variation can be practiced regardless of age and pelvic structure.
Anal fist intercourse
Compared to a vagina, the anus is anatomically much narrower and less flexible. Again, it is possible to start small and increase slowly, with the widest point with the metacarpal and thumb being the most difficult. Part of the forearm may still follow. It is advisable to use a lot of lubricant , although it is not advisable to use a lubricant with an anesthetic effect, as any pain is a sure sign to stop.
Because of the strong extradition to the partner, this sexual practice is particularly widespread in the BDSM scene. In the 1970s, the shortening Crisco became popular as a lubricant , especially in the US leather scene , because it is light and available in larger containers that can be filled with a whole hand.
Double fist traffic
This is penetrating the vagina or anus with both hands. The simultaneous penetration of the vagina with one hand and the anus with the other hand is also called this.
Risks
The immediate risks of fist traffic consist of rough or violent action in injuries to the anus or the vagina, which can be very painful. In extreme cases, perforation of the bowel can occur, which is a medical emergency. There is also the risk of infection with sexually transmitted diseases, in particular those that can arise through skin contact by smear infection, such as gonorrhea , herpes or genital warts and fungal infections. Infection with the hepatitis C virus through fisting is also possible in principle. The risk of HIV infection is rated as extremely low. In women, non-specific vaginal infections can also easily occur when intestinal bacteria are transferred into the vagina. The risk of injury or infection can be significantly reduced by using plenty of lubricants and gloves and, contrary to popular opinion, is only slightly dependent on the age of the fisted person.
The long-term consequences of anal fisting and anal stretching are unclear . Therapeutic anal stretching for the treatment of anal fissures leads, according to clinical studies, to damage to the sphincter. This damage is not immediately noticeable and in any case through fecal incontinence . Of proctologist but the fact is cited that in younger and middle age pelvic floor damage to the sphincter compensated, thus ensuring the closing ability. In advanced age, however, the pelvic floor muscles shrink, so that the sphincter no longer receives any support. At this stage, previously undetected and externally invisible damage could lead to fecal incontinence. Independent studies on the long-term effects of anal fisting in advanced age are not yet available. Damage to the sphincter can often only be detected by a proctological ultrasound examination, so that subjective well-being and the existing continence do not guarantee the integrity of the sphincter.

If the sexual arousal reaches a certain level, the periurethral cavernous system can also be stimulated.
