Leopoldo Pirelli (born August 27, 1925 in Velate Varesino , † January 23, 2007 in Portofino ) was an Italian entrepreneur.

Leopoldo Pirelli, younger son of heir Pirelli Piero Pirelli (1881-1956), took over after the accidental death of his brother Giovanni in 1970 the sole leadership of 1872 by his grandfather Giovanni Battista Pirelli founded (1848-1932) Group Pirelli & C. SpA , the specializes in the manufacture of rubber products. In 1992 Pirelli handed over management to Marco Tronchetti Provera , the husband of his daughter Cecilia at the time. Pirelli himself remained chairman of the supervisory board until 1996 and was then honorary chairman of the tire manufacturer until his death.
