Fleurety

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fleurety is a lieutenant-general from Christian demonology who was added to the list of chief demons at the First Council of Braga . There may be a connection between him and Flauros ; however, Flauros appears in the form of a leopard or under the control of an exorcist in human form, while Fleurety is characterized by his horse's foot and profile. Together with Tarchimache, he is one of the chief officers of Beelzebub or Lucifer ; both Fleurety and Tarchimache reside in Africa. He controls a multitude of spirits, subordinate to him are Bathsin or Bathim, Pursan and Eligor . Fleurety is empowered to do any work at night and to generate hail everywhere.
