Florian Kreibich (born April 9, 1969 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and lawyer. Kreibich was a member of the Salzburg state parliament from 2004 to 2013 .

education and profession

Kreibich attended the elementary school Parsch and Abfalter as well as the secondary school of the Pädagogische Akademie Herrnau. He then moved to the Bundes-Oberstufenrealgymnasium Akademiestraße, where he passed his matriculation examination in 1987. Kreibich studied law at the University of Salzburg from 1987, and graduated in 1996 with the academic degree Magister iuris . In 2002 he received his doctorate in law .

Kreibich passed the bar exam in 2002 and has been a partner of the lawyers Kreibich, Bixner, Kleibel (now Kreibich & Kleibel Rechtsanwälte GmbH) in Salzburg. Since 2003 he has attended the university course for business lawyers. Since October 2006, Kreibich has been President of the Marketing Association Romantik Hotels & Restaurants Austria . He is also chairman of the supervisory board of the German Romantik Hotels & Restaurants AG , based in Frankfurt am Main .

politics

Kreibich was secretary to the Carinthian governor Zernatto between 1991 and 1992 and between 1987 and 1993 held various functions in the Austrian student body. He was chairman of the AktionGemeinschaft (AG) at the University of Salzburg, a member of the federal executive board of the AG and a member of the Academic Senate at the University of Salzburg and various commissions.

Between 1996 and 2002, Kreibich held the position of chairman of the association of trainee lawyers in Salzburg and from 1998 to 2002 he was chairman of the umbrella association of trainee lawyers in Austria. In 2003, Kreibich took over the function of the Economic Association Chairman of Salzburg-Nonntal. Krebich was a member of the Salzburg state parliament from July 7, 2004 and, as area spokesman, took on the agendas of sport (associations and clubs, major events, mass sport), consumer protection (consumer protection, price and tariff regulation, genetic engineering) and fishing in the ÖVP state parliament club.

Private

Kreibich has been a member of the K.ö.St.V. since 1986. Almgau in the MKV and since 1987 volunteer paramedic with the Red Cross Salzburg.
