Florian Schaarschmidt (born August 17, 1983 ) is a German volleyball player .
Career
Schaarschmidt played volleyball at the Berlin TSC in his youth . Since 1999 he played in the junior team of VC Olympia Berlin in the regional league, in the second division and in 2002/03 also in the first division . Then the player switched to the second division Fortuna Kyritz . In 2005 he went to league competitor Netzhoppers Königs Wusterhausen , with whom he was promoted to the First Bundesliga in 2006. Schaarschmidt has been playing at TSGL Schöneiche since 2007 , initially for six years in the second division and since 2013 in the third division .
