Florin Luca

Florin Luca (* 27. May 1978 in Târgovişte ) is from Romania originating handball player .

The 1.95 meter tall and 105 kilogram right back player played for Steaua Bucharest , then until 2002/2003 with Fibrex Nylon Săvineşti, 2003/2004 with Stralsund HV , 2004/2005 with VfL Fredenbeck , then with Niestetal-Staufenberg and from 2006 on the TG Münden . In 2012 he moved to the then national league team MTV Seesen, where he took over as coach in 2013.

He was with Steaua Bucharest three times Romanian champion and twice cup winner and then won the championship and the cup once each with Fibrex Nylon Săvineşti. At Stralsund HV he played in the 1st handball Bundesliga .

Florin Luca played 45 times for the Romanian men's national handball team .

The qualified sports teacher is married and has two children.
