The El Tari airport ( Indonesian Bandar Udara El Tari , IATA : KOE , ICAO : WATT ) is Penfui to West Timor , about eight kilometers east of the center of Kupang , capital of the Indonesian province of East Nusa Tenggara . The airport is named after the provincial governor El Tari (1966–1978).
