The airfield Bakel ( French Aérodrome de Bakel , IATA: BXE, ICAO: GOTB) is an airport outside the city Bakel in the Tambacounda region in eastern Senegal .

The airfield is operated by the Senegalese government for civil aviation . It is located on the N2 national road around seven kilometers south of the city center.
