Fluitsma & Van Tijn is a Dutch music producer duo, consisting of Jochem Fluitsma (born June 1, 1958 in Amsterdam ) and Eric van Tijn (born November 2, 1956 in Amsterdam).
The duo has been active since 1985 and produces and composes for artists such as Mai Tai, Dolly Dots , Henk Westbroek , Caught in the Act , De Jazzpolitie , Status Quo , Ruth Jacott , Linda, Roos & Jessica , 4 Fun, Edsilia Rombley , Guus Meeuwis , Hind as well as for various commercials.
A promotional song they interpreted for Postbank NV called 15 Miljoen Mensen reached number one in the Dutch charts in 1996 and was awarded platinum . The pop song addresses the different inhabitants of the Netherlands.
