Flybanger
Flybanger was a Canadian metal band that was most recently under contract with the major label Columbia Records . The band's debut album was released in 2000 on Gotham Records .

history
Flybanger was founded in 1995 under the name Jar . The band consisted of Garth Allen ( vocals ), Rob Wade ( drums ), Tom MacDonald ( bass ) and Brian Fratesi ( guitar ).
Her first album Knottskull was received with great interest by several labels. The band chose Gotham Records, where the 2000 band produced their EP Outlived .
A year later, they signed with Columbia Records , where the band produced their second album Headtrip to Nowhere and released it in 2001.
In 2005 the band was dissolved. Wad and Garth are working together on a new project called The Thick of It.
The band toured with greats in the metal scene like Filter , Machine Head and Orange 9mm .
