The Foggy Pass ( English for Nebeliger Pass ) is a mountain pass in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Concord Mountains it runs between the Leitch Massif in the north and the West and East Quartzite Ranges to the south .

The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1983 at the suggestion of the geologist Malcolm Gordon Laird (1935-2015). It is named after the prevailing weather conditions in this area.
