The West Quartzite Range is a mountain range in the northwest of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It extends east of the Houliston Glacier and about 8 km west of the East Quartzite Range in the Concord Mountains .
The northern group of the New Zealand Federated Mountain Clubs Antarctic Expedition (1962–1963) named them after the predominant rock there quartzite .
