The East Quartzite Range is a mountain range about 20 km in length, which forms the subordinate south-western section of the King Range in the Concord Mountains in the north-west of the East Antarctic Victoria Land. It is located about 8 km east of the West Quartzite Range .
The northern group of the New Zealand Federated Mountain Clubs Antarctic Expedition (1962–1963) named them after the predominant rock there quartzite .
