The Fond Figues River is a river in eastern Dominica in the Parish Saint David .

geography

The Fond Figues River rises with several source streams in the northern foothills of the Morne Trois Pitons , in the Central Forest Reserve , where the mountains form the border to the parishes Saint Joseph and Saint Paul . It follows the ridge Fond Figues , which stretches from D'LEau Manioc to the west and separates the valley from the valley of the MacLauchlin River in the north. The river runs steadily to the east and flows into the Belle Fille River after a small south bend at Fond Melle .
