Communities Castle Bruce

The Castle Bruce River is a river on the coast in eastern Dominica in the Parish Saint David , in the Carib Territory .

geography

The Castle Bruce River is basically just the lower reaches of the Belle Fille River . It bears this name from the mouth of the Raymondstone River , which flows into Raymondstone in the valley of Castle Bruce . Soon afterwards, the river forms several estuary arms in its river delta, the northern part of which receives further small, unnamed streams from the southern slope of Morne Fraser and merges with the main arm shortly before the confluence in St. David Bay (Anse Quanery). The southern branch of the estuary passes Morpo (Dix Pas) and meanders north again shortly before the coast. The reunited river flows into the Atlantic at Tranto . The river is about 2 km long.

It lies between the catchment areas of Richmond River (N) and Rosalie River .
