The Ford Peak is a 1,830 m high, rocky mountain peaks in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Prince Albert Mountains it rises 10.5 km west of Mount Billing .
The southern group of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1962-1963) named him after the New Zealand geodesist Malcolm Roding James Ford (1939-1996), participant of this expedition and member of the team at Scott Base in the Antarctic winter of 1962.
