Joint Warfare Center
The Joint Warfare Center (JWC) is a NATO education and training center in Jåtten near Stavanger , Norway . It is located in a protected bunker that extends over three underground floors and 70 meters deep into the rock.
It was established on October 23, 2003 and is a sub-command of the Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk , United States .
