The Forsthof Stolberg (Harz) is a listed forestry yard in Stolberg (Harz) in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located at the address Thyratal 5 near the southern entrance to Stolberg, a little north of the Thyragrotte leisure pool in a location that is more prominent in terms of urban development and characterizes the townscape.

Architecture and history

The two-storey residential building facing the street on the eaves was probably built in the middle of the 19th century with a simple design. While the ground floor was built in massive construction, the upper floor was created as a half-timbered building . A little to the south-west, at a right angle to the main house, there is also a half-timbered auxiliary building.

In the local register of monuments , the Forsthof has been listed as a historical building under the registration number 094 30473 since December 6, 2000 . The Forsthof is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant.
