Fort Charlotte (Kingstown)
Fort Charlotte is a defense structure on St. Vincent in the state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines .
It was built west of Kingstown in 1806 . It housed around 600 troops and a battery with cannons , most of which were directed towards the interior of the island.
