The Fuller Island is a small island at the northwest end of the High Jump archipelago which km west-northwest around 11 of Currituck Island off the coast of the East Antarctic Queen Marie-country is.
It was mapped using aerial photographs from Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the island in 1961 after Hubert C. Foster, cameraman for Operation Windmill (1947-1948).
