Photo tour

A photo tour is a multi-day trip with a change of location in which photography is the focus. This specialization in travel photography determines the choice of travel destinations and the routing in the respective country. Possible focal points of a photo trip are animal photography , landscape photography , architectural photography and photography of people. Photo trips can be individual trips and package tours . Package tours are usually guided by an experienced photographer. This has the advantage of a photographic advice during the trip.

Package photo tours

All-inclusive photo tours are ready-made tours that usually include the flight, domestic transport, a tour guide , accommodation and entrance fees. With today's providers, the duration of a flat-rate photo tour is between 3 and 25 days. Popular destinations for a photo tour are Iceland , Ireland , Morocco , Myanmar and Namibia . The price for a flat-rate photo tour is usually higher than for comparable vacation trips with the same travel destination. According to travel analysis , photo trips can be counted in the high-price segment of package tours.
