Four Arts Gardens

The Four Arts Gardens , also known as the Four Arts Library, Gardens and Philip Hulitar Sculpture Gardens , is a public botanical garden.

It is located at 2 Four Arts Plaza, Palm Beach , Florida .

The Society of the Four Arts (Vier Künste) was founded in 1936 . This campus, on the Intracoastal Waterway, is home to a gallery, a concert hall, two libraries, an administration building and the garden.

The original building, built by Maurice Fatio , is now the library building. The art gallery, designed by architect Addison Mizner , now houses the collections and administration.

The exhibition garden opened in 1938 and is now maintained and maintained by the Palm Beach Garden Club. He should show the plants common in South Florida. In the Chinese garden there is a "moongate" with figures, a path behind a rock garden leads to the Spanish facade and a decorative fountain. Large trees line the path to the Madonna Garden and an artificial spring. A rose garden and a small herb garden complete the ensemble.
