Framnæsodden ( Norwegian for protruding nose tip ) is a small and rocky headland on the Lazarew coast of the Antarctic Peter I Island .
The headland was mapped and named descriptively during the fourth Antarctic voyage of the ship Norvegia , financed by the Norwegian whaling entrepreneur Lars Christensen , under Captain Nils Larsen (1900–1976), who landed here in February 1929.
