François Jozic

François Jozic (born March 13, 1973 in Liège ) is a Belgian entrepreneur and was the founder of noa bank , which existed from 2009 to 2010 until bankruptcy , a credit institution in Frankfurt am Main that focuses on sustainable forms of investment .

Life

Jozic studied business administration in Liège, Belgium. He began his professional career in 1994 when he joined the management consultancy BJL as an independent consultant at the age of 21 . Until 1998, he mainly supported smaller companies in financing issues and restructuring . In 1999, Jozic moved to the Belgian fashion agency Vision Management for one year, where he held the position of finance director. In 2000 he went back to the consulting industry and became managing director of Ares Management. He is still working for this consulting company. In 2004, Jozic was first active as an entrepreneur in Germany. Together with his long-time friend and business partner Frédéric Lodewyk, he founded the factoring service provider Quorum (now noa factoring) in Düsseldorf. This was aimed specifically at medium-sized companies from whom it buys their claims. The companies have instant cash and don't have to wait for their bills to be paid. Quorum saw itself as number three in the industry in Germany with a market share of ten percent of German factoring customers. Later Jozic was chairman of the advisory board. Jozic lives with an artist and has two children. The family lives in Barcelona. Jozic speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
