François Jacques Florentin Lafortune (born January 10, 1896 in Leuven , † unknown) was a Belgian sports shooter .
biography
Lafortune has participated in five Olympic Games ( Summer Olympics 1924 , 1936 , 1948 , 1952 and 1960 ), but never won a medal. He achieved his best result at the 1924 Games in Paris with an 11th place in the team competition with the free rifle . In the individual with the free rifle , he achieved his best individual result with 19th place.
In addition to him, his brothers Hubert and Marcel and his son François junior also took part in the Olympic Games as marksmen.
