Françoise-Hélène Jourda (born November 26, 1955 in the arrondissements of Lyon ; † May 31, 2015 in Paris ) was a French architect and pioneer in sustainable building.

Jourda studied architecture at the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Lyon . It became known for its social housing as well as numerous town halls and universities. In 2009 she founded the international Blue Award for sustainable architecture. In 1996 she was one of the drafters of the European Charter for Solar Energy. In 2007 she was honored with the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture. She received numerous other awards.

She has taught at universities in France, Norway, Great Britain, Germany and the USA. Since 1999 she has been a professor at the Vienna University of Technology and had architectural offices in Paris and Lyon as well as the consultancy for urban planning eo.cité.

She was married and had four children.
