Franca Stoppi

Franca Stoppi (born July 19, 1946 in Fiorenzuola d'Arda , † July 9, 2011 in Spoleto ) was an Italian actress .

biography

She played her first film role in 1976 in Telefoni Bianchi . In 1979 she portrayed the voodoo- savvy housekeeper Iris in Aristide Massaccesi's Sado . In 1980, Stoppi played the role of matron in the film The Sweet Life of the Nun of Monza . In 1981 she played the mother Vizenca in L'altro inferno . In the following year she played the goldsmith's wife in La Gorilla . In 1982, directed by Bruno Mattei , Stoppi portrayed a sadistic prison guard in Laura - A woman goes through hell . Her film career surprisingly ended with I violenti in 1983. Stoppi was married to the actor Simone Mattioli .
