Francesco Failli (born December 16, 1983 ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Francesco Failli began his career in 2004 with the Italian cycling team Domina Vacanze . After a year he moved to the Professional Continental Team Naturino-Sapore di Mare for another year . From 2006 he drove for the Italian ProTeam Liquigas-Bianchi . In his first season there, he achieved a top ten placement on the Tour of Catalonia and on the Germany Tour . He also took part in the Vuelta a España , which he finished as 123rd. In 2008 he won a stage of the Settimana Ciclistica Lombarda for the Acqua & Sapone-Caffè Mokambo team . Between 2009 and 2012 he competed four times in the Giro d'Italia ; his best overall ranking was 58th in 2012 . After the end of the 2012 season, Failli ended his career as an active.
