Francisco de Aguilar

Francisco de Aguilar (* 1810 ) was from August 27 to September 21, 1839 in the government cabinet Mónico Bueso Soto of the government of Honduras .

Life

From 1838 to 1839 Francisco de Aguilar was a delegate in a constituent assembly that met on October 7, 1838, for the Comayagua department . He was secretary in that constituent assembly.

Francisco de Aguilar was Minister of Finance from August 1839 to January 1840.

The troops of General José de la Trinidad Francisco Cabañas Fiallos occupied the seat of government in Comayagua in 1839 . Francisco de Aguilar was a member of the commission that gave the office of Supremo Director , as the head of state was called until 1848, to José Francisco Zelaya y Ayes in Juticalpa.

On February 4, 1848 he was presiding judge at the Corte Superior de Justicia in Comayagua.

From 1853 to 1855 Francisco de Aguilar was an MP for Comayagua. In December 1855, the deputy president José Santiago Bueso Soto appointed him executive president when he dissolved parliament. In the parliament that met on February 11, 1856, he did not receive an absolute majority, as provided for in Article 38 of the 1848 Constitution, which is why General Santos Guardiola became president, who appointed José María Lazo as his deputy.

José Meza Ministro General was in his government cabinet .

In 1858 he was again presiding judge at the supreme court.
