Francine Simonin (born October 2, 1936 in Lausanne ; resident in Les Bois ) is a contemporary Swiss-Canadian painter and graphic artist . She lives and works in Montreal and Évian-les-Bains . In 1990 Simonin was awarded the “Grand Prix Beaux-Arts” of the Vaudois Cultural Foundation
