Francis Blanche

Francis Blanche (born July 20, 1921 in Paris , † July 6, 1974 there ) was a French actor and screenwriter.

Life

Blanche was already on stage at the age of 17, first at the cabaret, but soon also in the theater. He worked for the radio and from the late 1940s he could also be seen in movies, mostly in comedy, occasionally in crime films. With his stocky stature, he embodied mostly excited to choleric personalities.

He also wrote poems and chansons and worked on scripts.
