Francisco Nicolás Gómez Iglesias
Francisco Nicolás Gómez Iglesias (* 18th April 1994 in Madrid ) is a Spanish student of Law , who as a con man made of himself talk. The nickname "Little Nicolás" spread in the media.
Since 2011, Gómez Iglesias has posed as the envoy of the Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy , as a representative of the Spanish secret service CNI or the royal family in order to get close to celebrities. He published the photos of it on social networks . This is how pictures were taken with the ex-Prime Minister José María Aznar , the EU Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete or the Madrid Mayor Ana Botella . A photo shows how he was the new Spanish King Felipe VI. after whose coronation kisses the hand.
When a businessman who posed as an employee of Vice President Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría inquired in their office, the Ministry of the Interior was asked to verify his identity, whereupon he was exposed. In December 2014 he was charged with document forgery , fraud and defamation indicted.
Iglesias' head can be mounted in photos of celebrities using the “Your Photo with Nicolás” app . In this way, pictures of him, e.g. B. spread with Barack Obama .
