Francisco Vega , full name Francisco Vega Sosa , (born July 24, 1989 in Colonia del Sacramento ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.71 meter tall midfielder Vega was a member of the reserve squad (Formativas) of the Montevideo Wanderers from at least the beginning of 2007 to mid-2008 . From there he moved on loan to the reserve of the Racing Club de Montevideo . At the beginning of August 2009 he returned to the Wanderers. At the end of January 2010 he was loaned to the second division club Plaza Colonia , for which he completed a total of at least 34 games in the Segunda División across all seasons until July 2012 , scoring ten goals. In July 2012 he joined the Ecuadorian club Mushuc Runa , for whose team he scored three league goals in Primera B in 2012. From mid-July 2013 he continued his career in Argentina with Sarmiento de Resistencia . At the beginning of February 2014 he started another engagement at Plaza Colonia. In the 2014/15 season he contributed to the promotion to the Primera División at the end of the season at the Southwest Uruguayan club with ten goals in 23 second division appearances . This was followed by a move to Fuerza Amarilla Sporting Club in Ecuador at the beginning of July 2015 . In mid-2016 he returned to Plaza Colonia. In the 2016 season he played eleven league games and two games in the 2016 Copa Sudamericana - each without a personal goal .
