Franciszek Tim (born September 4, 1924 in the German Empire as Adolf Thiem ; † September 9, 1986 ) was a Polish football player from Upper Silesia . Born Adolf Thiem from an Upper Silesian-German family , he once ran for the Polish national team as a Polish citizen and with a Polonized name, Franciszek Tim, after the Second World War .
Career
Franciszek Tim, who was probably born in the Upper Silesian Revier , played in his club career for Ruch Chorzów from Königshütte (Polish: Królewska Huta or Chorzów ). In May 1952, Tim completed an international match against Bulgaria for the Polish national team . When 0: 1 home defeat by the gate of Dimitar Milanov in the Polish Army Stadium of Warsaw , he was in the half-time against Teodor Wieczorek replaced.
