Franco Bonanini
Franco Bonanini (born November 7, 1952 in Riomaggiore ) is an Italian politician .
Life
Bonanini worked in Italy as a surveyor. Since 1978 he has been employed by a bank. From 1990 to 1999 he was mayor of Riomaggiore. Since April 12, 2013, he has been a successor to Gianluca Susta in the European Parliament . He was a non-affiliated MP from the beginning, in July he left the Partito Democratico , and since then he has also been a non-party MP. In the European Parliament he is currently a member of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety and the Delegation for relations with the countries of Central America .
