Franco Rubartelli
Franco Rubartelli (born March 23, 1937 in Florence , Italy ) is an Italian photographer and film director .
Life
Rubartelli made a name for himself as a fashion photographer for many magazines in Italy and France from 1965, v. a. different national editions of Vogue ; in this capacity he also worked on several film sets. In 1971 he directed his best-known film, Veruschka, poesia d'una donna , one with the model of the same name , with whom he had worked in numerous photo sessions since 1963 and with whom he lived for a number of years, in the leading role cast sentimental melodrama, which he eclectic and with numerous chromatic effects. From the mid-1970s onwards, further films were made, again based on his own books, under his direction in Venezuela .
