Frank Aaron

Frank Aaron (born March 30, 1920 ) is a retired British long-distance runner .

At the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 , he was fourth over 10,000 m with his personal best of 30: 31.6 minutes.

In 1951 he won silver at the Cross of Nations .

Once he was English champion over six miles (1950) and three times in cross country (1949-1951).
