Frank Albrecht

Frank Albrecht (born March 8, 1943 in Frankfurt am Main ) was President of the State Association of Hessian Retailers from 1990 to 2011 .

Together with his wife and sons, he runs the Albrecht perfumery in Frankfurt am Main, which has been in existence since 1732 .

Albrecht was Vice President of the Frankfurt am Main Chamber of Commerce from 1990 to 2009 . He was a board member of the HDE and a member of the executive committee of the Association of Hessian Entrepreneurs. In 2005 he was appointed deputy chairman of the assembly of the Hessian state media authority LPR. Albrecht was a member of the advisory board of the Deutsche Bundesbank , the administrative board of the Bürgschaftsbank Hessen and chairman of the supervisory board of the Akademie für Welthandel AG, Frankfurt am Main.

Since 2011 Albrecht has been the first chairman of the Friends of Frankfurt (formerly the Association of Friends of the Old Town ).

Honors

In 2003 Frank Albrecht was honored with the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon. He received the plaque of honor from the Frankfurt am Main Chamber of Commerce.
