Frank Fischer (moderator)

Frank Fischer (born May 22, 1970 in Püttlingen ) is a German radio presenter and editor.

Life

Fischer grew up in Saarland. At 14 he did an internship at the Saarbrücker Zeitung, where he wrote his first articles and a year later he got his own youth column with interviews and backstage reports for the weekly newspaper Saar-Zeitung ( Grossrosseln ). After completing secondary school, he did an apprenticeship as a retail salesman in a recording specialist shop . In 1987 he had his first experience at the German-language broadcaster Radio Forum in Forbach, France. In 1998 Fischer returned to the medium of print for a short time and wrote a satirical column for the Leipziger Wochenkurier.

After working as a DJ all over Germany, in Austria and Switzerland, Fischer switched to Energy Sachsen of the NRJ Group in 1997 , where he mainly moderated the morning, but also various other shows. He designed the NRJ Talknight, which ran twice a week between midnight and 5 a.m. In 2000 he switched to Antenne Bayern (the Bavarian Night, On the road again, History, Danceparty), and in 2001 to Radio PSR (Klaus and the Morgenteam, Best of Klaus and the Morgenteam). From December 2018 to December 2019, Fischer was at Radio Schlagerparadies.

From 2008 to 2010 he was editor-in-chief and morning show host at Radio Saarbrücken . Fischer interviewed numerous celebrities such as Wolfgang Niedecken. He conceived the radio comedy stories from the bear forest , of which around 120 episodes were produced.
