Frank Gersch (born March 13, 1961 in Wuppertal , Germany ) is a former German handball player .

Frank Gersch mostly played in the left back space . In his youth he started with the CDG Wuppertal in his hometown Wuppertal with the handball. In the 1st Bundesliga he played at TUSEM Essen , THW Kiel and VfL Bad Schwartau .

His son Rasmus also plays handball.
