Frank Peters
Frank Peters (born December 14, 1942 in Hamburg ) is a German lawyer and university professor .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in 1968 from the University of Hamburg as Dr. iur. and the habilitation in 1972 there he taught from 1972 to 1978 as a private lecturer for Roman and civil law and from 1978 as a professor (§ 17 HmbHG) for Roman and civil law.
