Frank Rajunat

Frank Radschunat (born September 2, 1958 in Großröhrsdorf ; † March 9, 2011 ) was a German politician ( PDS ). From 1998 to 2006 he was a member of the State Parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Education and life

Frank Radschunat attended the POS until 1975 and, after completing the 10th grade, trained as an electrician until 1978, and from 1975 to 1985 he worked as an electrician. From 1985 to 1991 he worked for the Sangerhausen district council. In 1990 he studied political science and was employed by an advertising company from 1992 to 1994. From 1994 to 1998 he was a constituency employee of Dr. Uwe-Jens Rössel , Member of the Bundestag (PDS).

Frank Radschunat was non-denominational and married. He had two children. Rajunat died on March 9, 2011.

Frank Radschunat had been a member of the SED since 1981 and the PDS since it was renamed in 1990. From 1997 to 1999 he was a member of the state board of the PDS Saxony-Anhalt. Since 1990 he has been a city councilor in Sangerhausen and since 1994 a member of the Sangerhausen district council. Since July 2004 he has been the first deputy chairman of the Sangerhausen city council. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 1998 and 2002, he was elected to the state parliament via the state list. In the state parliament he was a member of the committee for housing, urban development and transport.
