Frank Wenz , (born August 13, 1968 ) is a former German handball referee . Together with his partner Ralf Damian , he formed the A-team referee team "Damian / Wenz".

Frank Wenz had been referee since 1991 and whistled together with Ralf Damian since then. They have been on the DHB squad since 1996. You have been one of the 16 referee teams in the senior squad since 1999. Both had over 400 DHB and 17 international missions. He belongs to the regional association Rheinhessen.

Frank Wenz is a banker by profession. He lives in Mainz and is married.
