Franklin Farrell
Franklin Farrell III (born March 23, 1908 in Ansonia , Connecticut , † July 2, 2003 in North Branford , Connecticut) was an American ice hockey goalkeeper and in 1932 Olympic participant .
Career
Franklin Farrell attended Yale University for four years and played for their ice hockey team for four years. The goalkeeper then played amateur ice hockey for the St. Nicholas Hockey Club before taking over the family business.
International
For the USA Farrell took part in the 1932 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid , where he and his team won the silver medal.
