Franny Petersen-Storck

Franny Petersen-Storck (* 1955 in Karden on the Moselle ) is a German painter .

After an apprenticeship as an interior decorator, he studied painting at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin with Hoelzmann and Knispel as well as a degree in free graphics at the Muthesius Art Academy in Kiel with E. Thieme and F. Bauer. He received a teaching position for drawing techniques in the architecture department at the Muthesius University of Applied Sciences in Kiel and organized various cultural-political activities (in Germany as well as in Finland and Norway, among others), including for the Federal Association of Visual Artists , the State Cultural Association and the State Government of Schleswig-Holstein . He was also a member of the cultural advisory board of the state capital Kiel .

Since 1979 his works have been shown at various exhibitions, including:

His works are in private and public collections, including: cultural property of the state capital Kiel, cultural property of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, art collection of the Vereins- und Westbank in Hansa Carree-Hamburg, art collection of the Sparkassen- und Giroverband Schleswig-Holstein.
