Franz Anatol Wyss

Franz Anatol Wyss (born May 1, 1940 in Fulenbach , Switzerland ) is a Swiss painter .

After an apprenticeship as a flat painter at the Lucerne School of Applied Arts , Franz Anatol Wyss studied at the Zurich School of Applied Arts and was a student of the etcher Bruno Stamm . He has been a freelance artist since 1966 and mainly works in the field of etching and drawing . As early as early 1966, he was able to publish images in the underground magazine "The Cthulhu News" by Robert A. Fischer . He found artistic inspiration on several trips to France , Germany and Italy, among others . Today he lives in Fulenbach and works in his studio in Murgenthal . His works have been shown in several Swiss exhibitions, for example in the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Le Locle, in the Zurich gallery Hufschmidt or in the Heimatmuseum Dornach.
