Franz August Müller (fencer)

Franz August Müller (* before 1920, † after 1932) was a German fencer who became multiple German team champions in all three disciplines ( epee , foil and saber ) with the fencing club Hermannia Frankfurt .

Müller won a bronze medal in individual foil for the first time at the German individual championships in 1920 , and in 1924 he won another bronze medal in foil. Between 1920 and 1924 he often made it into the finals of the German championships with a sword and sword. In the same period he took several third places with foil and saber at the Gauverband festivals of the Gauverband Mittelrheinischer fencing clubs .

As a member of the team of the fencing club Hermannia Frankfurt, he won a total of ten German team championships with all three weapons: in 1923 , 1924 , 1927 and 1932 with the foil, in 1923 , 1924 and 1932 with the sword, and in 1921 , 1927 and 1932 with the saber .
