Franz Brinnich

Franz Brinnich (born June 15, 1879 in Hollenbach ; † November 26, 1962 there ) was an Austrian politician ( CS ) and member of the National Council in the 1st to 4th legislative period from November 10, 1920 to May 2, 1934.

Life

Brinnich attended a two-class elementary school and a technical school for Wagner . After that he was a master wagoner, farmer and landowner.

He was chairman of the Wagner cooperative in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district .

politics

He was the mayor of Hollenbach and a member of the National Council. During the Nazi era, he was imprisoned for four months in Dachau concentration camp for political reasons in 1939 and for 11 days in 1944.
